About Our Organization

Professional Consultants of Snohomish County (PCSC) is a non-profit organization that
was formed in 1991 to provide a forum to discuss and advise local government on land
use development issues in Snohomish County, Washington.

Our mission is to inform, exchange, and advocate ideas about topics concerning
regulations and enforcement of local laws and policies in Snohomish County.

The 2009 PCSC Executive Committee (Board of Directors), which is elected annually,
includes:

President
Michael Ryan - Vice President
Dave Boersema - Treasurer
Brad Lincoln - Secretary

We currently have a roster of more than 50 members, which is comprised of private sector
individuals and firms who provide land use planning, architectural, engineering, surveying,
landscape architecture, ecological studies, and associated specialty services to public and
private land development clients in Snohomish County.  Membership benefits and
